Before beginning therapy, I meet with everyone who reaches out for a free consultation. Research has shown that one of the most important factors in growth and healing for the client is the relationship they have with their therapist. I have found that spending time before getting started helps us to decide if we’d be a good fit to work together. This lays a firm foundation on which we can step into therapeutic work together.
If you or I find that we would not be a good fit, I am more than happy to offer referrals to other therapists in the area who’d be a better match.
Individual consultations: 15-20 minutes
Relationship consultations: 20-30 minutes

Therapy for one person to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationships, sex and sexuality, gender, chronic health concerns, ADHD & Autism, and relational and religious trauma.
This is a space to explore and better understand yourself, allowing you to show up in the world as the authentic self you long to be. Together, we will consider the bigger picture, including the experiences and societal expectations that brought you to where you are now. I can support you in creating new ways of relating to your thoughts, feelings, and the people in your life.
Learning how to be your authentic self creates space to decide how to move toward the life you want to live.

Therapy for two or more people in a romantic relationship to address elephants in the room, better ways of connecting, plans for the future, sex and sexuality, repairing old or recent rifts, and fostering safety and trust in the relationship.
Sometimes people come to relationship therapy to deepen and mend their relationship. Other times they come to explore whether they want to continue the relationship. Occasionally, people utilize therapy to end or deescalate their relationship in an amicable way.
My goal as a couple therapist is to support you and your partners in building a relationship that works for you.
I frequently work with relationships where one or more partners is neurodivergent, trans or nonbinary, has a history of relational or religious trauma, struggles with sex, wants to open the relationship, or is needing support with their mental health.
